Talma

Situated at a height of 13,083 ft above sea level, Talma is a town in Kargil District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 8 km from Chalten and is to the east of Kargil. Talma is at a distance of 187 km from Srinagar.

Talma is well linked with the neighboring places such as Langtut (7 km west), Shore (7 km north), Mullung (4 km east) and Yogma Kharbu (4 km south). Mulbekh, Mulbekh Gompa and Namika La are places of tourist importance outside Talma.
