Sichling

Sichling is a picturesque hamlet is located 12 km from Kaza in Lahaul and Spiti District, Himachal Pradesh. It lies at an altitude of around 3,400 m in Spiti Valley. The entire area is surrounded by mangroves, poplars and willow. Spiti River flows close by. Dhankar Fort, Dhankar Monastery, Mane Monastery, Kye Monastery, Poh, Kibber Monastery and Lalung are nearby tourist destinations. Sichling is an ideal base for trekking. Accommodation is available at the PWD Rest House. Kullu Manali Airport at Bhuntar is the nearest airport. The nearest major railway stations are Shimla Railway Station and Joginder Nagar Railway Station. Sichling can be accessed from Kaza.
