Ruins of Dimachung - Betali are found in the hills of the Rowta forest region, West Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh. There are bricks and stone remnants found in the site. Some areas of the site are encircled with low retaining walls. Certain rock inscriptions have been discovered in this area. A muller stone, containers with the impression of the Mahayana Buddhist mantra, 'Om Mani Pema Hum' have also been recovered.
