Kangto Peak

Kangto Peak lies on the West Kameng District’s border with Tibet. It is a part of the Himalayas and this 7090 m high peak is one of the unconquered peaks in this part. This snow-clad mountain is surrounded by thick forests, which limits the mountaineers. Its snowfields and glaciers feed the Kameng River, a tributary of the Brahmaputra.
