The Tirumoorthy temple (the temple of three deities) is situated 6 miles from Thanjavur in Tamil Nadu.
The temple deity is known by the name ‘hara saabha vimocchanapperumal’ and is shown in a standing position facing towards the east.
Inside the temple there separate shrines dedicated to the Hindu trinity - Lord Vishnu, Lord Shiva and Lord Brahma. To the south side of temple there is a shrine dedicated to Lord Vedantha Desikar.
