Mahatma Gandhi Road (M G Road, as it is popularly called) is a 2 km stretch that runs from the front of VJT Hall to
East Fort, in Thiruvananthapuram city. The Kerala Secretariat, British Library, University College, Annas Arcade, Hotel South Park, YWCA, Food World, GPO, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank and Ayurveda College lie along this road.
Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station is less than 500 meters to the left from over bridge on M G Road. Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple is about 50 meters to the right from East Fort.
