Kodarma Bus Station

Kodarma Bus Station is on the Patna-Ranchi road ( National Highway 31), 70 km north-east of Hazaribagh. Buses frequently ply from Kodarma to Giridih, Hazaribagh, Ranchi, Nawada and Gaya.

DVC Rest House, a tourist bungalow managed by DVC, provides good accommodation near the bus station. Tilaiya Dam and Dhwajadhari Hill are places worth visiting.

Kodarma has a main station on the grand chord rail line connecting Delhi and Kolkata. Nearest airport is the Ranchi Airport.
