Farah College of Engineering and Technology, run by Farah Educational Society, is located in Chevella, Rangareddy District. It is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.
The college has well qualified and professionally experienced faculties to impart training. It conducts B Tech courses in Civil, Mechanical, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, and Electrical and Electronics. Post graduate course in computer application is also offered.
Spread over 32 acres of picturesque locale, the campus has well-equipped laboratories, computer labs, electronic workshops and a library with over 10,000 reference books in various disciplines of engineering subjects. Placement services are provided and industrial tours are organized to prepare the students for industrial practices. Besides, special emphasis is given to co-curricular and cultural activities.
