Bhalukpung is a beautiful picnic spot situated on the bank of the river Jia Bhoroli. It lies at a distance of about 65 km from
Tezpur and 250 km from
Guwahati. It was the capital of Bhaluka, the grandson of king Bana. The place is encircled by mystic blue hills and evergreen forests. A hot spring and a big orchid garden are the main attractions of Bhalukpung. The ‘Eco-Camp’ is another attraction.
