Angul Bus Station is a major bus stand on
National Highway 42, situated 160 km north-west of Bhubaneswar. Regular services are available to Cuttack, Dhenkanal,
Talcher, Sambalpur,
Sundargarh,
Rourkela, Raipur and
Durgapur.
Angul has one of the main railway stations of the South Eastern Railway. The nearest airport is the Biju Patnaik Airport (at Bhubaneswar.)
