Honey Buzzard



Honey Buzzard (Pernis apivorus) has a small head and a long neck, and soars on flat wings. The tail is long with fewer bars on it. The adult male's head is blue-gray, while the female has a brown head. The male is smaller and darker than the female.

The bird can be seen in the Kugti Sanctuary, Himachal Pradesh.
