Mouling National Park




Mouling National Park in Upper Siang District of Arunachal Pradesh is about 30 km from Along. It lies near Jengging.

It is spread in 500 sq km of semi evergreen forests. The area is renowned for three varieties of goat-antelopes, locally known as takin, coral and serow. Other fauna includes wild buffalo, tiger, panther, red panda, elephant, hog dear, barking deer, sambar deer and python. Besides, the park has a variety of birds including different types of pheasants. Trekking, hiking and angling in river Siyom are the other interesting activities.

November to April is ideal to visit the park.

Nearest airport is Dibrugarh Airport. Murkeongselek Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
