Located at a height of about 9,035 ft above sea level, Yogmathang is a small village in Kargil District of Jammu and Kashmir. Grugurdo and Sachik are one kilometer apart towards the north and south.
Batalik, Chulichang, Gampa, and Lalu are the places near to Yogmathang. Short excursions can be taken to Lalung Glacier and Garkhun nullah.
