Vanmugham

Vanmugham is a charming village by the Arabian Sea shore, on the National Highway 17, in Kozhikode District. It is located near Payyoli and about 6 km south of Iringal. Kozhikode, the district headquarters, is around 40 km south.

The fort of Kunjali Marakkars, Payyoli Beach, Sacrifice Rocks and Peruvannamuzhi Dam are places of tourist interest nearby. Calicut Airport and Payyoli Railway Station serve Vanmugham.
