Umamaheswarar Temple is located at Tirunallam, 10 km southeast of
Tiruvidaimarudur in Thanjavur District. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The presiding deity of the temple is Umamaheswarar. Goddess Mangalanayaki is also worshipped here. The Sthala Teertham is Gangai. Saints Sambandar and Appar have contributed pathigams praising the lord.
