Ulli Theeyal



Ulli Theeyal, essentially a traditional Keralite dish, is a popular dish among the Malayalees. The gravy dish, Ulli Theeyal is a tamarind preparation with plenty of onions and roasted coconut paste. This dish is taken with plain white rice for lunch or dinner. Theeyal can be made with a variety of vegetables like brinjals, bitter gourd, and drumstick.
