Ulahalanda Perumal Temple



Ulahalanda Perumal Temple is one of the oldest temples in Kanchipuram District of Tamil Nadu. It is about 0.5 km from Kanchipuram town center.

The presiding deity of the temple is Ulahalanda Perumal representing Lord Vamana, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The idol is about 35 feet high.

Kamakshi Amman Temple, a 14th century temple, is situated close to this beautiful temple.

Nearest railway station is the Kanchipuram Railway Station. The temple is also easily accessible from the Kanchipuram Bus Station.
