A multipurpose museum highlighting the art and craft of Tripura, Tripura Government Museum is located at Agartala.
Collections include coins, sculptures, copper and stone inscriptions, bronze images, oil paintings, sketches and drawings and jewelry.
The museum caters to tourists, students and research scholars who want to know about the history and culture of the people of the state.
Timings: 10:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs. Closed on Sundays, 2nd Saturday and Government holidays.
