Thirumanimaada Kovil Temple is situated at Thirunaangur in Thanjavur District in Tamil Nadu. The deity is Lord Narayanan (Lord Vishnu). The deity is also known by the name Nanda Vilakku. The idol of the deity is in a sitting position facing east.
Every year, during the occasion of Thai Amavasi, a grand procession attended by all the major deities of the temples in Thirunaangu is taken out. Another major attraction is the festival of Garuda sevai which honors the sacred eagle who serves as the mount of Lord Vishnu.
