Founded in 1963 by a group of members of the Cricket Club of Ahmedabad, The Sports Club of Gujarat lies near Sardar Patel Stadium in Ahmedabad.
For guests and reciprocal members, the club offers AC rooms equipped with all modern amenities. In addition, there are swimming pool, library, playground, health center, open theatre, and restaurants. Recreational activities include cricket, cards, billiards, badminton, and table tennis.
