St Thomas Cathedral is an ancient church located at Pala, a small town in Kottayam District of Kerala. The present building was constructed in 1981. The church is famous for the Rakkuli Thirunal, the festival which commemorates the Epiphany feast celebrated every year on the 6th January. On this occasion, an immense collection of articles of every necessity are exhibited here for sale.
Holy Hearts Provincial House, Carmaleetha Provincial House, Ligiyan Home Cathedral and Cherupushpam Hospital Madam are some of the establishments functioning under the church.
