Sondar



Sondar is at an elevation of 7,493 ft in Doda District of Jammu and Kashmir. Situated bordering Kargil District, Sondar is about 135 km from Srinagar – the state capital. Ikhale, Hanzal, Hawal, Ariz and Kwar are the surrounding places connected with Sondar.

Sondar can be approached from Galar and Shazal. Jammu Tawi Railway Station on the Jammu – Pathankot line serves this place.
