Sirwani is located in East Sikkim District. It is 10 km north of Singtam and lies on the Gangtok-Maenam trekking route. The river Teesta flows through this place. River rafting can be done from Makha down to Sirwani and Sirwani to Rangpo. The terraced paddy fields add to the beauty of the place.
