Shinganapur



Shinganapur, which lies at an altitude of 2667 ft, is a beautiful village in Aurangabad District of Maharashtra. It is situated at a distance of about 6 km from Ghodegaon on Aurangabad-Ahmedanagar road. The village is famous for a temple dedicated to Lord Shanishwara.

Jadho, Dharmpuri, Nateputa, Dahivadi and Mardi are the nearest cities. Shinganapur is about 360 km from Mumbai and 70 km from Shirdi and can be reached via Rahuri and Sonai.

Regular buses are avilable from Nasik, Manmad and Shirdi. The nearest railway stations are at Manmad and Nasik. Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is the nearest international airport.
