Established in 1989, Saptagiri College of Hotel Management is located at Kavoor, about 8 km from Mangalore. Affiliated to Mangalore University, it offers courses in Bachelor of Hotel Management and Bachelor of Hospitality Science.
The college offers both in-depth theory and intensive practical classes in all the major operational subjects. It features training laboratories, modern computer center with multimedia and Internet links, air conditioned library and classrooms, banquet hall, auditorium, gymnasium and sports equipment. Separate hostels are available for boys and girls.
The college has a full-fledged modern training hotel, Hotel Saptagiri International.
