Sangameshwar Temple is situated at Tulapur in Pune District. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva who is known here as Sangameshwar. It was at this temple, Sambhaji, the son of Shivaji Maharaj, was arrested and killed by Aurangzeb. Nearby lies another temple called, Sambhaji temple which was built in memory of Sambhaji.
