Prince Shivaji Garden situated at
Kolhapur is one of the beautiful public gardens of Maharashtra built by the Public Works Department. This is a garden dedicated to
Chhatrapati Shivaji, the legendary Maratha ruler. There is a statue of the great warrior, Shivaji, astride a magnificent horse, in the garden. The important government gardens in the state are maintained and supervised by the parks and gardens organization of the State.

Pune and 409 km from Mumbai. There is a railway station and airport at Kolhapur. Kolhapur is also well-connected to other major destinations by roads.
