A large metal idol of Rishab Dev (Adinath), cast in five metals, is the main deity. The main metal used in the construction of this idol is 'Pital' (brass), hence the name 'Pittalhar.' The temple has a main Garbhagraha, Gudh mandap and Navchowki. Inside the Gudh mandap, there is a big marble stone sculpture of Adinath Bhagvan.
