Rated as one of the best book shops in Asia, the Pilgrims Book House is located in the holy city of Varanasi. It is close to the Assi Ghat and just 100 m north of the famous Durga Temple.
Being the largest book shop in Varanasi, the Pilgrims Book House has a choice of new, rare and antiquarian books and finely selected handicrafts from India and Nepal. Among the collection are books on subjects like religion, philosophy, spiritual, traditional music, business, fiction, arts and sports.
The publishing department has brought out more than 250 books on Himalayan subjects. Pilgrims Book House has a branch in Kathmandu, Nepal.
