Paniyaram



Paniyaram is a very classic South Indian pancake prepared using a wet glutinous dough mixture of rice flour and black gram flour. It is similar to idli batter along with fresh green chilies, curry leaves, onion and other spices. This dish is cooked in a concave mould. It goes well with sharp spicy chutney of chili and onion combination.
