Dedicated to
Lord Shiva, Nilkanth Shrine is located at the edge of a very deep gorge at
Mandu in the
Dhar District of
Madhya Pradesh. There is a tree shaded courtyard and a sacred pond fed by a stream. The Nilkanth Mahal, belonging to the Mughal era, is situated close to this temple.
