National Highway 60



National Highway 60 links Baleswar in Orissa with Asansol in West Bengal. This 305 km-long stretch spans across north-eastern Orissa and southern Bengal. National Highway 60 originates at the junction with National Highway 5 at Baleswar and travels north-east past Basta, before entering West Bengal near Jaleshwar. National Highway 60 traverses a total distance of 57 km in Orissa.

In West Bengal, the highway joins National Highway 6 near Kharagpur. It then turns north and passes through Midnapore and Bankura, before terminating on National Highway 2 at Asansol. National Highway 60 travels a total distance of 248 km in West Bengal.
