National Council for Hotel Management and Catering regulates academics for hospitality management through structured courses of studies. It has trained more than 22,000 hospitality executives, chefs and operational personnel. It has various short term courses on subjects such as Food Production, Front Office Operation and Housekeeping Operation. The Institute reserves 100 seats for foreign nationals and non resident Indians.
