Nandgaon is about 10 km north of
Barsana and is associated with
Lord Krishna. According to mythology, it was the home of Shri Krishna's foster father, Nand. A temple dedicated to Nand is found atop a hill here. Numerous temples and a large lake are the other attractions here.
