Mar Kuriakose Ashram is a retreat center situated at Mylapra in Kozhencherry taluk of Pathanamthitta District. It was founded in 1937 by Ramban P I Mathews. The aims of the ashram are social service, uplift of the poor, spreading of the Gospels, educational activities, rites of worship and training in the Gospels. At present, the ashram has eleven active members including two Rambans, five Priests, one Seminarian and three Brothers. Attachakkal High School and Mathews Ramban Memorial English Medium School are owned by this ashram. The retreat center also has a branch at Thannithottil. Pathanamthitta Bus Station is the nearest access point. Chengannur Railway Station is about 30 km away from Pathanamthitta.
