Established in 1997, Mahatma Gandhi Art Gallery is situated in the campus of
North Central Zone Cultural Center (NCZCC) at
Allahabad. This public gallery organizes exhibitions, sale and presentations of artworks of local and international artists. The gallery collection includes around 900 paintings,
terracotta, wood and stone sculptures and photographs. There are two halls for holding exhibitions of paintings and artifacts. The cultural center arranges the local publicity and press coverage for exhibitions. Guestroom is also provided to artists. The gallery functions daily from 11 00 hrs to 18 00 hrs.
The nearest airport is at Varanasi. The Allahabad Junction Railway Station is the nearest railway station.
