Maha Maya Temple is an ancient shrine located on the by-pass road behind the Bahu Fort, in Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 5 km from Jammu.
Overlooking the Tawi River, the temple is on a small garden surrounded by acres of wood. A temple dedicated to Goddess Kali located nearby is also worth visiting.
Minibuses and auto-rickshaws are available from Jammu on payment of nominal fare.
