Kumili is a charming village, located near Relli Valasa, in Vizianagaram District of Andhra Pradesh. Kumili was once the seat of Vizianagaram kingdom.
The focal point of the place is a temple complex, noted for its attractive sculptures, paintings and idols. There are temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesh, Satyanarayana Swami and Anjanaya Swami within the complex. Another attraction is the ruins of a mud fort.
Kumili has good road communication. Visakhapatnam Airport, 64 km away, is the nearest airport. Vizianagaram Railway Station is the nearest major railhead.
