Kilchu

Kilchu is a small town located in Kargil District of Jammu and Kashmir. Kilchu is 196 km from Srinagar.

5 km towards the north lies Hensikut, Longzaling is in the east at 25 km and Kungi La in the south at a distance of 9 km.

Kilchu can be approached by road from Kargil. Jammu Tawi Railway Station, managed by the Northern Railways, on the Jammu (254 km) – Pathankot line serves Kilchu.
