Khaira Tola is a small town in West Champaran District and is near the district's border with Uttar Pradesh. Also spelled Khaira Tela, it is 39 km north-west of Bettiah.
Khaira Tola is at an altitude of 226 ft above sea level and lies along the western bank of Gantak River.
Khaira Tola is served by Patna Airport and Varanasi Airport. Sathi Railway Station, on the Bettiah-Narkatiaganj rail route, is the nearest railhead.
