Keutas, also known as Kaivatras, is a scheduled caste inhabiting areas in
Sambalpur District of
Orissa. They are generally farmers and fishermen.
Baseli Puja (Chaiti Ghoda) is the famous religious festival celebrated by this tribe. It is observed in the month of Chaitra (March-April).
