Katkut

Katkut is located in Khargone District of Madhya Pradesh. It is a north-eastern settlement, near the district’s border with Dewas District, about 14 km north of Barwah.

Barwah – Mandleshwar is a prominent trekking route which passes through Katkut. Omkareshwar Dam and Omkareshwar Shivlinga Temple are the main attractions in this locale. Oon Temple, temples at Maheshwar, Bhikangaon and Nanheshwar are the choice pilgrim spots.

Devi Ahilya Bai Holeker Airport (56 km) is the nearest airport. Khandwa Railway Station serves Katkut.
