Kanhangad Shri Lakshmi Venkatesh Temple is situated in Kanhangad, 35 km south of Kasargod on the seashore. The main deity is Lord Venkateshwara flanked by Goddess Lakshmi and Goddess Bhumi (Earth). Navratri, Karthika Deepotsava, Ramnavami, Anantha Chaturdasi, Vara Mahalakshmi Vrita and Akshaya Tritiya are the main festivals conducted by the temple.
