Kanal

Kanal is a pretty village situated on the outskirts of Sultan Bathery, in Wayanad District. Cheeral is a major settlement next ot Kanal, on the road towards the state border. Kozhikode is around 100 km to the west.

Other places of tourist interest nearby include Tipu Sultan�s Fort, Edakkal Caves, Ambalavayal Heritage Museum and Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary.

Calicut Airport and Kozhikode Railway Station serve Kanal.
