Kambadur



Kambadur is an historical town in Anantapur District of Andhra Pradesh. It is around 45 km south-west of Anantapur and is near the district’s border with Karnataka.

The focal point of Kambadur is a magnificent Jain temple. The doors of the temple are decorated with exquisitely carved Jain figures.

Bangalore International Airport is the nearest airport. Dharmavaram Junction Railway Station is the nearest major railhead.
