Kadod is located in Surat District and lies on the banks of Tapti River. It is around 15 km north-east of Bardoli.
Kadod houses many temples dedicated to Lord Hanuman and Lord Ram. Shree Rokadia Hanuman Mandir, Shree Mankameshwar Mahadev Temple, Shree Dantai Mataji Mandir, Shree Hingalaji Mataji Mandir and Shree Atmananda Saraswathiji Maharaj Temple are some of the shrines located here.
Madhi Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
