Established in 1978 on the outskirts of Bangalore, Institute of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (INYS) is a charitable health centre run by S J Jindal Trust. It provides treatments for migraine, myopia, sinusitis, bronchial asthma, ulcers, hyperacidity, amoebiasis, dysentery, colitis, chronic, constipation, gastritis, hepatitis, menstrual disorders, hyper uricaemia, hyper cholesterolaemia, eosinophilia, calcaneal spur, diabetes mellitus, insomnia, spondylitis-cervical and lumber, arthritis, gout, allergic rhinitis, anemia, hypothyroidism, hypotension, hiatus hernia refractive errors, sleep disorders and stable heart cases.
In addition to naturopathy, acupuncture and physiotherapy are also taken as treatment aids. For diagnosis/treatments they uses modern scientific equipments and treatment aids.
The institute has modern buildings, free wards, double rooms, single rooms, executive rooms, cottages, huts and nests all necessary homely comforts.
