Hampi Festival is organized by the State Government to recreate the grandeur of the erstwhile
Vijayanagar Empire. Held in November at
Hampi , the festival marks the ruins of Hampi come alive with the strains of music and sounds of dance.
These type of festivals are also celebrated in Karavalli, Halebid, Lakkundi and Pattadakkal.
