Gona

Gona is a village situated in Kargil District of Jammu and Kashmir. It lies between Sankoo and Yulchik.

Umba Pass, Lalung Glacier and Suru Valley are tourist important places in the zone. Gona is an ideal base camp for trekkers.

Gona lies south of Kargil.
