Situated on Vijayawada- Machilipatnam road, Gandigunta houses one of the 16 Datta Nakshatra temples in India. The chief deity of the temple is known as Datta Digambara, an incarnation of Lord Dattatreya. A small temple dedicated to Lord Ram is located nearby.
